We try for a 24-hour turnaround on all orders, unless circumstances prevent it. Occasionally, it will not be possible to process orders for periods of up to two months; this is generally assicated with overseas travel. Check this website for any information about delays. Orders are despatched by post, unless another form of delivery is specifically requested -- and paid for. Within Australia, small packets and light parcels will often be carried by air. Time to arrival depends on distance from Brisbane, but packages will normally arrive with 2-4 days of despatch. Postal delays are the largest single factor in overseas orders. To European destinations, air mail parcels will take 1-2 weeks, sometimes less. Similar times apply to Asia and the Middle East. To North America, 1-2 weeks is normal. Small parcels will not be insured. However, we have never had a claim for loss. Parcels that do not arrive will be replaced at our discretion. Goods damaged in transit should be returned immediately for inspection and replacement.
